Comprehensive ABA – uses the science of behavior analysis to address all of the core deficits of ASD, such as communication, leisure and social skills, safety skills, challenging behaviors and independent life skills.
Focused ABA – uses the science of behavior analysis to address a specific core deficit of ASD. Your child will get support for areas of particular difficulty to address and decrease significant problematic behaviors.
Occupational Therapy during middle school addresses motor weaknesses. It also helps your child be more successful and independent with writing and/or using electronic devices, such as an iPad, for school and home.
Work on receptive (what your child understands) and expressive (what they say) as well the social part of language. This may also include speech treatment for apraxia and help with executive functioning.
Helps your child eat more foods and decrease and eliminate their gag reflex to certain food smells and textures.

Our mental health services support the important social-emotional skills kids need during the middle school years. Focusing on puberty, executive functioning skills, safety, peer pressure and bullying, along with social media and social skills.
We often recommend parents meet with us to learn what to expect as your pre-teen with ASD goes through puberty during middle school.
We offer IEP and school support as well as parent training to empower you to parent your middle schooler. We can set you up with other parents going through similar challenges. You are not alone!
For ages 8-13 (3rd-6th grade). As a follow-up to our KGH All Stars group, our KGH All Stars 2.0 group is geared towards 3rd to 6th graders who need to strengthen their social communication and team-building skills.
