Andrea Ridgway is the COO at KGH. Dr. Andrea Ridgway received her Bachelor of Science in psychology from Louisiana State University, her Master of Arts in psychology from Louisiana State University, and her Ph.D in school psychology with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis from Louisiana State University. She completed a pre-doctoral internship at the Marcus Institute and Emory University with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis, developmental disabilities and behavioral pediatrics. She is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral, a Louisiana Licensed Behavior Analyst, and a licensed psychologist in both California and Louisiana. Andrea is a member of the American Psychological Association, Association for Behavioral Analysis International, and the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts. Previously, Andrea worked as the Vice President of Clinical Services and Vice President of Research and Development at a national company providing ABA services to individuals with autism. Andrea most recently provided private consultation to service providers and investors in the autism services field. Andrea’s experience includes the assessment and treatment of children and adolescents with a variety of developmental disabilities and behavior disorders in school, home, community and clinic settings. Andrea has published research in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, School Psychology Quarterly, and Physical & Occupational Therapy in Pediatrics. Andrea has presented at local, regional, and national conferences. Andrea has taught graduate level ABA coursework at California State University, Los Angeles and has served as a guest reviewer for the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis. In her free time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her son and extended family, skiing, attending concerts, and visiting museums. Andrea is passionate about establishing the highest clinical standards, identifying and developing the best clinical talent in the field, and providing clients and their families with the most effective and supportive care.
